- 【Details】 Engineer's Panel Discussion This event will include a Company Explanation and a Panel Discussion to help you understand Santec's work. The engineers will speak frankly about everything from real aspects of the company to job-hunting tips. Can young employees have discretion in their work? What kind of skills are needed? Is there anyone who has not learned optics? Active technical employees and young employees will also participate, so please ask anything you are interested in and find out what our company is really like! ◆Company Explanation We will provide a company overview and job description to deepen your understanding of the industry and the company. ◆Panel Discussion We will hold a question and answer session about career and job hunting with on-site employees.
